Submitted by: Ron Smith - September 24th, 2007

Senior Johnny Alcaraz and freshman Anthony Strunz provided the Warriors with the firepower needed to claim a 2-1 win in #16 Westmont Men’s Soccer’s Golden State Athletic Conference opener at #20 Vanguard (5-2, 0-1 GSAC) on Saturday.

”We started five freshmen and brought two off the bench,” said head coach Dave Wolf “We went with a younger group today and they came through with three points (one goal, one assist) on the road against a pretty feisty Vanguard team.”
