Westmont’s Michael Oldach finished in first place in the men’s open division of The Master’s Cross Country Invitational on Saturday in Santa Clarita. As a team, the Warriors finished in second place by just one point, scoring 61 to The Master’s 60. more

Westmont Women’s Soccer Blanks San Diego Christian

Freshman goalkeeper Gabi Haw recorded her second shutout of the season as NAIA No. 6 Westmont Women’s Soccer (9-1-1, 3-0-1 GSAC) posted a 3-0 Golden State Athletic Conference win at San Diego Christian (4-6, 0-4) on Saturday. Senior Jackie Lopez scored the game winner in the 42nd minute to give Westmont the advantage headed into halftime. more

The fifth-ranked Westmont women’s volleyball team rode its offense to a 25-12, 25-21, 29-27 Golden State Athletic Conference victory over Vanguard on Thursday night at Murchison Gym. Four different Warriors hit for double digits in kills, led by a match-high 15 kills by Libby Dahlberg on a .522 hitting percentage. more

UConn’s Samuelson, Collier Camping Team USA Style This Weekend

The UConn women’s basketball team will hold its first fall practice on Oct. 12, but two Huskies will be playing some high-level hoops this weekend…. Players will train Saturday and Sunday morning at Westmont College. On Monday, the camp shifts to University of California at Santa Barbara. more

Former Westmont Athletes Wrap Up Season in Minor Leagues

Westmont Downs Vanguard to Take Over First Place in GSAC

(SANTA BARBARA, Calif.) Westmont Volleyball, ranked at number five in the NAIA, won its 20th game of the season on Thursday night in just its 21st game of the year. The fifth-ranked Warriors swept Vanguard (8-7, 5-1 GSAC) in a Golden State Athletic Conference match-up to claim sole possession of first place with a 6-0 league record.
