Former president of Mexico Vicente Fox, whose 2000 election marked the first time in 71 years that the country’s Institutional Revolutionary Party, or PRI, relinquished control of the national government, will speak in February at the fifth annual Westmont President’s Breakfast. The event is set for 7 a.m. on Feb. 19 in the Grand Ballroom of Fess Parker’s Doubletree Resort. Mr. Fox’s address is entitled, “The Future of the Americas: Immigration, Globalization and Free Trade.” more
