WSoc: Westmont scores impressive win over Lee
The Westmont women’s soccer team knew that it had a big test in hosting one of the most successful women’s soccer teams in recent history.
The Warriors passed the test, defeating Lee (Tenn.) by a score of 3-2. Though they are now an NCAA Division II team, Lee (0-2) won the NAIA National Championship four straight years from 2008 through 2011. more
Lady Flames Drop Second Straight Soccer Match
For the first time since 2002, coach Matt Yelton and his Lee women’s soccer team have dropped two straight matches. Westmont College jumped out to a 3-0 lead and then turned back a gritty second-half comeback by the Lady Flames to secure the 3-2 victory. more
