TENNIS NOTES: Day seeded No. 3 in French Open; McManigal steps down

Kayla Day, fresh off a win over the future of American women’s tennis, has her own plans to conquer the world at this week’s French Open. …Kendyll McManigal, who was voted women’s tennis coach of the year this spring in the Golden State Athletic Conference, announced that she is stepping down after three seasons with the Warriors. Westmont went 37-30 and advanced to the second round of the NAIA National Championships during each of her three seasons. more
