The season came to an end for the UCSB Gauchos at the Big West Conference Tournament in Long Beach on Thursday night. … John T. Joens three-set victory in singles clinched a 5-3 win for Westmont over San Diego Christian in a semifinal match at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden. Joens defeated David Samardzija, 6-3, 3-6, 6-4, which was the Warriors’ fifth point of the match. Jordan Strandness and Corey Stephens also recorded straight-sets wins in singles for Westmont. more

Dos Pueblos Sending 17 Student Athletes to College Programs
