Despite losses, senior wins GSAC Player of the Week

The women are in a bit more of a predicament, despite being a position higher than the men. At 6-5 and in fifth place, they are a game back of Hope International and Westmont College, and two games back of Master’s. more

Biola will most likely open up post-season play against the winner of Vanguard and Westmont. If The Master’s sneaks in an upset against San Diego Christian, the Eagles will face them, but it is rather unlikely. The semifinal game is scheduled for Saturday at Al Barbour field with a time to be determined. more

X-country completes successful weekend

“Our goals for the meet were to finish ahead of Westmont and Vanguard,” Ledesma said. “We also wanted to finish ahead of Oregon Tech, who are ranked higher than us in Nationals, and it was good to accomplish that.” more

What has been a gloomy week for men’s soccer was left in the past on Saturday night following Biola’s 4-1 victory over Westmont College at Al Barbour Field. Women’s soccer plays to scoreless draw against Westmont

After playing an entire match and two overtimes without scoring, Biola tied the Westmont College Warriors on Saturday. The Eagles are now 7-4-1 overall and 1-2-1 in Golden State Athletic Conference play. more

Eagles storm past Firestorm

Biola returns home for a weekend matchup against No. 3 Westmont College. The last game between these two was the end of last season during the Golden State Athletic Conference tournament when the unranked Eagles upset No.14 Westmont to advance in the tournament. more

Men’s cross-country remains hopeful after tough meet

There were only five men representing Biola at the meet. The men raced against NCAA teams like UC Santa Barbara and UC San Diego as well as teams in Biola’s own division such as Westmont College and Vanguard University. more

Biola has impressive showing at GSAC Championship

The women’s track team won their first-ever Golden State Athletic Conference Track and Field Championship and the men placed third overall in the 2013 GSAC Championships on Friday and Saturday at Westmont College. more

Staumont, Oaks struggle as baseball swept by Westmont

Westmont College defeated Biola baseball twice in Saturday afternoon’s home doubleheader, limiting the Eagles to just four runs over 16 innings, winning 16-3 and 5-1. more
