A full week of games over spring break for the men’s tennis team concluded on April 1 with a loss to the Lewis-Clark State College Warriors. The Eagles finished singles with strong performances from their top two players, but ultimately could not overcome the deficit, losing the match 3-6. …The Eagles move to 10-10 on the season, following a loss to the Middlebury College Panthers on March 28 and a win against the Pacific Lutheran University Lutes on March 29. The team next plays the Westmont College Warriors on April 5, their second-to-last match before the Golden State Athletic Conference tournament starts on April 19. more

Women’s tennis drops three
The women’s tennis team participated in three matches this week, facing up against Holy Names University, Westmont College and Occidental College. While they lost all three matches, they improved on their team score in each consecutive contest. more
Eagles take one from Idaho and Bethesda
With their 5-11 record, the Eagles look ahead to their next GSAC matchup against the Westmont College Warriors. Although their season record is below even, the Eagles hold a 1-2 conference record while the Warriors are only one game above them in the GSAC standings. more

Biola’s loss to the Warriors on the road on Feb. 20 marked the 12th straight loss the Eagles suffered, leading all the way back to April 1, 2010 when Biolawon 5-4. more
Women’ soccer make Nationals despite loss
Despite a tough loss to Westmont College in the Golden State Athletic Conference Championship game, the Eagles’ regular season mastery was enough to catapult them into the Nationals Tournament. Biola will travel to La Grande, Ore. to take on the Eastern Oregon Mountaineers in the opening round Nov. 21. more
Women share first conference title since 2004
The last time the Biola women’s soccer team won the Golden State Athletic Conference Title was in 2004. However, because of a dominant defense and a consistent offense, the Eagles are the 2015 GSAC Co-Champions.
Biola headed into Saturday’s game in Phoenix, Ariz. against Arizona Christian University needing a win to lock up a share of the title with the surging Westmont College Warriors. more

Biola came off their 1-0 victory over The Master’s College on Oct. 24, needing a win against the Firestorm to secure a share of the Golden State Athletic Conference title with Westmont College. more
Eagles prove flightless last two games
The No.14 Eagles have fallen three games behind leading rival Westmont College in the Golden State Athletic Conference, placing them fifth in the standings with seven games left in the regular season. After tying with Westmont on Sept. 30 and losing to Marymount on Oct. 3, the Eagles finish the week 0-1-1. Biola looks to recover from a lackluster week with upcoming matches against the William Jessup University Warriors and then the Menlo College Oaks. more

There were bumps, bruises and fouls in a hard fought women’s soccer game against Westmont College on Sept. 30. After a sluggish start by the Eagles’ offense, junior midfielder Jessie Burns kept the team in contention with two clutch goals to help Biola maintain a perfect record. more
Men climb to conference top
The Biola men’s soccer team currently ranks first in the Golden State Athletic Conference after beating San Diego Christian College on Sept. 26 and Westmont College on Sept. 29. They stand one point ahead of No. 8Vanguard University, who hold a 8-1 record while being 2-0 in conference. more
