Masters celebrate 60 years together
Clarke and Betty Masters of Capitola celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary with a dinner party at Peachwood’s Steakhouse. A special gift, a DVD of wedding and family photos created by a friend was shown at the party. Clarke and Betty were married June 19, 1949 at the First Brethren Church in Oakville, Ind. They first met when Clarke was 14 years old and Betty was 15 years old. Clarke attended Westmont College and Glendale College. Betty graduated from Fort Wayne Bible Institute, Biola School of Missionary Medicine and received her nursing degree from Yavapai College in Prescott, Ariz. more
